1. How your files are processed

JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, Merge PDF, Split PDF and Compress PDF run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers for these tools — they exist only in your device's memory while the tab is open, and disappear when you close it or navigate away.

2. Tools that require server processing

Some tools on our roadmap may require temporary server-side processing. Where that's the case, files are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one hour of upload. We do not view, copy, analyze, or share the contents of your files.

3. Information we collect

We collect standard, aggregated analytics (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) to understand usage and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality (like remembering your dark mode preference) and anonymized analytics. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you can request details of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@quickpdfhubpro.com.

We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post material changes on our blog.
